Threes

In the three year old program, teachers encourage children to develop and implement the social skills that are necessary to be part of a caring community of learners. Play provides children with the opportunities to develop social skills, express their emotions, develop self-confidence, and grow real self-esteem. Children freely explore learning centers. Three year olds are also introduced to the concept of meeting time where they learn to be active listeners and effective speakers. Children are provided with plenty of time, space, and materials to have wonderful ideas. We help children reflect on their explorations and discoveries so that they can make meaningful connections in their world.

Enrollment: Children must be 3 by December 31 of the year in which they attend.
